Why Enterprise
The app you download from this site is complete for an individual developer. Once you have ten, fifty or a hundred users, you need control, central configuration and someone accountable.
Backend, realtime and relay installed in your network or your cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premise). Accounts, sessions, boards and chat stay on your servers.
Allowed AI providers, models, auto-approval policies, plugins and skills decided once and rolled out to everyone. No manual setup on every laptop.
Coding agents can run on cloud machines we prepare: repositories, toolchains and credentials already in place. Developers open PromptOps and get to work.
Installation, customization and maintenance handled directly by the team that builds PromptOps, with response times agreed in the contract.

Coding agents in the cloud
Developers don't need to install and configure Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI on their own machines. We set up the environment once, and the team connects to it.
One or more machines in your cloud account where agents work on company repositories.
Agent rules are decided once for the whole company.
Those who prefer working locally can, with the same configuration as the cloud.
Company identity
Your people sign in to PromptOps with the work account they already use and join your company organization automatically. Anyone suspended or removed in Entra ID loses access here too, with no passwords to revoke by hand.
An administrator signs in with their Microsoft work account and creates the PromptOps organization, bound to your company tenant. They become its owner.
The administrator's domain (e.g. @company.com) is verified right away, because Microsoft already verified it. Other domains are added with a DNS TXT record.
From then on every address on the verified domains must sign in with Microsoft from that tenant: passwords, Google and GitHub are refused, and sessions opened without Microsoft are closed.
Included in Enterprise. Registering the app in your tenant is part of the setup phase. SAML 2.0 connects Okta, ADFS and other compatible providers; people sign in from "Sign in with company SSO" by entering their email. With Google Workspace the organization is bound to your domain and personal Gmail accounts are refused. SCIM and automatic roles are available with Entra ID.
IT control
IT sets the rules once, the app enforces them on every machine, and every action leaves a trail.
Allowed AI providers, sub-agent spawning, provider switching, auto-approval and plugin installs decided for the whole organization and enforced by the app after sign-in.
The desktop app reads an IT-managed configuration (Windows policy, macOS profiles, system files): your backend address, HTTPS only, Microsoft sign-in only.
Organization events are sent to your SIEM (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel) through a signed webhook and to a Microsoft Teams channel.
Every admin and member action is logged, visible in the console and exportable as CSV or JSON for audit and retention.
Pricing
The license is paid once. Installation and customization are quoted after the assessment, on the real scope. Yearly maintenance is optional but recommended.
Perpetual company license for PromptOps Enterprise.
Installation in your infrastructure and adaptation to your workflows.
From year two: updates, support and upkeep of your installation.
Prices in US dollars, excluding taxes. The phase 2 quote is delivered in writing after the call and assessment, with estimated days and a closed scope. The maintenance fee depends on users, environments and the chosen SLA.

FAQ
Yes. PromptOps stays free for anyone who downloads it. Enterprise is a separate offer for companies that want it in their own infrastructure, with central configuration and dedicated service.
Yes. The license is a perpetual company license, with no per-user or per-seat cost. User count only affects infrastructure sizing and the maintenance fee.
Your company, directly to the provider, with your own accounts or API keys. PromptOps is not a reseller and adds no markup on model usage.
No. With Enterprise every server component runs in your infrastructure. Prompts and code only travel from the agents to the AI providers you chose.
The license is perpetual: you keep using the installed version with no limits. Without maintenance you get no new versions, security patches or support, and you can reactivate it later.
The license ($7,500) plus the setup and customization days in the quote. A standard installation with cloud agents and a few integrations usually takes a few days of work. Maintenance starts in year two.
Yes. The organization is bound to your tenant, company domains are verified and you can make Microsoft sign-in mandatory for every address on those domains. Users are managed from the Microsoft portal through SCIM provisioning.
Yes. Google Workspace connects directly: the organization is bound to your domain and enforced SSO can accept Microsoft, Google or both. Okta, ADFS and other SAML 2.0 providers connect the same way. With Google, users join automatically on first sign-in and roles are assigned from the console.
Yes, that is the recommended path: the pilot is step 4 of the plan, in week three, and validates configuration and policies on a small group before rolling out to everyone.
